Beauty Prodigy strives to provide our guests with the best service experience possible. In order for us to serve you best, please review our spa etiquette prior to your appointment.

Spa Etiquette:

  • Put your phone on silent/do not disturb
  • Remove your footwear
  • Slippers are provided
  • Speak in low, soft tones
  • Come alone to your appointments
  • Discard your chewing gum for services of the face
  • Help yourself with our free self-care amenities (contact lens cases, intimate wipes, makeup remover, etc.)


Due to the nature of our services and to ensure the safety of all guests, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in our spa.


To cancel or reschedule your appointment:

With more than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee! We appreciate the courtesy and can easily fit someone else in your spot.

Between 24 and 48 hours notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Within 24 hours of your appointment: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Please note:
These cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file.

Should a credit card charge error occur, all future appointments will be canceled until the original charge is settled.

No Show:

Respecting Schedules & Ensuring Fairness

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes situations arise that prevent you from making an appointment. However, in order to respect the valuable time of our stylists and ensure fairness for all clients, we have a no-show policy in place.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment:

Please contact us directly at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the opening to other clients on our waiting list and allows our staff to adjust their schedules accordingly.

In the event of a no-show, we will be unable to accommodate your service without prior notice. Unfortunately, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file. If no card is on file, the balance will remain outstanding on your account and must be paid before your next appointment.

Additionally, our automated booking system may temporarily disable your online booking access to prioritize appointments for clients who consistently respect our schedule.

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and you may need to adjust your appointment schedule. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone who wants to visit us, we kindly request:

If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment: Please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee availability, we'll do our best to find a suitable time based on our schedule.

Please note:
We prioritize fairness and respect for all our clients. Frequent reschedules (more than 2 consecutive reschedules per appointment) can impact others who are waiting for an appointment. In such cases, online booking access might be temporarily suspended. However, we encourage you to contact us directly to reschedule or discuss your booking needs.

Respecting Your Time & Ours

Beauty Prodigy is committed to providing exceptional service while respecting the valuable time of both our clients and staff. To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following time policy:

Arriving Early:
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment. This allows you to unwind, complete any necessary paperwork, and ensure a prompt start to your service.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive 5-15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, please understand that this may require adjusting your chosen service to fit the available timeframe.

Please note: Even if your service is shortened due to late arrival, the full appointment fee will still apply. This reflects the reserved time slot and our staff's commitment to your appointment.

Beyond 15 Minutes Late:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment due to scheduling constraints. In such cases, the full appointment fee will still be charged.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to work with you to reschedule your appointment or find an alternative solution.
